These Terms of Service govern your use of the Boston Tiffin website, account features, subscriptions, orders, delivery services, and related communications. By using Boston Tiffin, creating an account, joining a waitlist, placing an order, or subscribing, you agree to these terms.
Our service
Boston Tiffin provides weekly Indian meal delivery and related subscription, ordering, menu selection, referral, credit, and account services in supported delivery areas. Menus, plans, delivery windows, service areas, pricing, and availability may change.
Accounts and accurate information
- You are responsible for providing accurate contact, delivery, billing, and food preference information.
- You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for activity under your account.
- We may refuse, suspend, or cancel service if information is inaccurate, incomplete, fraudulent, abusive, or outside our supported delivery operations.
Orders, subscriptions, and billing
- By placing an order or starting a subscription, you authorize the applicable charges, taxes, fees, delivery charges, and recurring subscription payments shown during checkout or account management.
- Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. Their terms and policies may also apply to payment handling.
- Prices, plans, menus, taxes, fees, credits, and delivery charges may change. We will show current pricing before checkout or as part of your account flow.
- You are responsible for reviewing your subscription, order details, renewal timing, and billing information.
Cancellations, changes, refunds, and credits
Subscription changes, menu selections, pauses, cancellations, refunds, and credits may be subject to ordering cutoffs, preparation schedules, delivery commitments, payment processor timing, and operational limits. If we cancel or cannot fulfill an order, we may issue a refund, credit, replacement, or other remedy we determine is appropriate and legally required.
Delivery
- You are responsible for providing a deliverable address, accurate instructions, and safe access for delivery.
- Delivery windows are estimates. Weather, traffic, building access, kitchen operations, and other conditions may affect timing.
- After delivery is completed to the address or drop-off location you provided, you are responsible for promptly retrieving, refrigerating, reheating, and consuming food safely.
- We may decline or cancel delivery when an address is outside our service area, unsafe, inaccessible, or otherwise not feasible.
Food, allergens, and dietary information
We take food quality and safety seriously, but Boston Tiffin meals are prepared in a kitchen that may handle common allergens and a range of ingredients. You are responsible for telling us about relevant allergies or dietary needs before ordering. We cannot guarantee that meals are allergen-free, and our website content is not medical, nutritional, or health advice.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the website, interfere with service operations, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or abuse systems, submit fraudulent information, harass staff or customers, or use Boston Tiffin for unlawful purposes.
- We may limit, suspend, or terminate access for conduct that harms customers, staff, Boston Tiffin, service providers, or the integrity of the service.
Website content and intellectual property
The Boston Tiffin name, site design, text, photos, graphics, menu descriptions, recipes as presented, and related content are owned by Boston Tiffin or its licensors and may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without permission, except as allowed by law.

Disclaimers

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Boston Tiffin will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for a claim related to an order or subscription is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order or subscription period.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law rules. Courts located in Massachusetts will have jurisdiction unless applicable law requires a different forum.
Changes to these terms
